Social accountability (COVID)

To prevent introduction and spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the company, the following measures have been taken:

1) In the plant shops, information posters and bulletins on prevention of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) among employees have been posted on site information stands and information kiosks.

2) Before the start of a working shift, heads and managers collect information on the health status of subordinate employees, as well as information on their possible contacts with patients.

3) At checkpoints, “inlet filters” with non-contact body temperature control have been arranged as well as bactericidal recirculators for air disinfection have beeb installed.

4) Special markings have been installed throughout the plants to ensure that employees comply with the rules of social distancing, as well as places for sanitizing hands with skin antiseptics using dispensers have been arranged.

5) For persons not involved into the plant’s activities, an entrance to the site is prohibited. For those who start their job, a separate entrance has been arranged without visiting the site until the end of medical examination.

6) The company has concluded an agreement for clinical diagnostic testing of the employees for COVID-19 and antibodies to it.

7) Meals for employees have been arranged according to the approved schedule in plants’ canteens. The canteens operate in accordance with recommendations for carrying out preventive and sanitizing measures to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection in public eating places.

8) Wet cleaning and sanitizing of the office rooms and public places (rest rooms, toilets, etc.) are carried out on a daily basis. All contact surfaces such as door handles, switches, handrails, railings, table surfaces, chair backs, office equipment, etc. are sanitized.

9) Final sanitizing of the rooms, which could be visited by COVID-19 patients, is timely arranged including involvement of a healthcare provider licensed for this type of service.

10) Suspension from work and notification of suspension of persons in isolation are provided until the end of the isolation period in accordance with the current Russian laws.

11) The employees are timely immunized and re-vaccinated against the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, including on-site immunization and re-vaccination at a 24-hour first aid station, through visits of vaccination teams from healthcare institutions.
